Kamaldeep Manaktala

Kamaldeep Manaktala is a seasoned professional in the hospitality and real estate sectors, currently serving as CEO of Hotels at Aroundtown SA since September 2021. As a co-founder of Abodus Student Living since 2015, Kamaldeep has significantly contributed to the student housing market. Previous roles include Managing Director of Real Estate Private Equity at Duet Group from 2009 to 2021, and Executive Director at Goldman Sachs in the Real Estate Principal Investment Area. Kamaldeep's earlier experience includes positions at J.P. Morgan, PwC, and Taj Hotels, spanning from 1997 to 2009.
