Lucy Simha, FCCA, has extensive work experience in various finance roles. Lucy began their career as a Senior Auditor at PriceWaterhouseCoopers, where they were responsible for external audits in different industries. Lucy then worked at Lafarge Greece as a Consolidation & IFRS Manager, overseeing financial statement preparation and budget control.

After that, Lucy joined MARINOPOULOS S.A. as a Group Financial Controller, where they prepared consolidated financial statements for multiple group companies and served as an in-house IFRS expert. Lucy later became the CFO for Greece, Cyprus, Romania, and Bulgaria at Starbucks-Marinopoulos Coffee Company S.A., managing the finance function for multiple entities and coordinating restructuring efforts.

Following their time at Starbucks, Lucy worked at Aquis Hotels & Resorts as a Finance Director, handling overall finance responsibilities and budgeting. Lucy also served as a Director at Madison Point Hotels S.A., where they played a pivotal role in repossessing and reopening a hotel.

Lucy then became the CFO of Hellas Capital Leasing S.A., a regulated leasing company, overseeing finance, HR, IT, and admin functions. Lucy was closely involved in maintaining a balance between delivering returns to credit providers and streamlining collections. Lucy later joined Special Financial Solutions S.A. as the CFO, responsible for managing NPL portfolios and participating in the company's setup.

Currently, Lucy is the Group CFO for Greece Operations at Aroundtown SA. With a diverse background in finance and a solid track record, they bring a wealth of experience and expertise to their role.

Lucy Simha, FCCA, holds a professional qualification from ACCA obtained from 2001 to 2006. Prior to that, they completed a BSc. degree in Accounting & Finance from The American College of Greece between 1991 and 1996.
