Lenna A. Lockwood has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Lenna A. currently works as the Head of Health and Wellbeing in the Built Environment at ARP Astrance since January 2023. Prior to this, they served as a Senior Project Manager and Project Manager in workplace design at the same company from 2018 to 2023. Lenna also worked as a Professor of Sustainable Development at CEFAM Centre d'Études Franco-Américain de Management from June 2017 to June 2018.

Before transitioning to the field of sustainability and design, Lenna had a background in interior design. Lenna A. worked as an Interior Designer at G3 Architecture from April 2014 to January 2017 and operated their own business, Lenna Anna Harris, LLC, as an Interior Designer from January 2013 to March 2016.

Lenna's career began in the fashion industry, where they worked as a Freelance Associate at Stephanie J Productions from January 2007 to March 2014, specializing in backstage work during fashion shows. Lenna A. obtained a Master of Arts (MA) degree in Sustainable Interior Environments from the Fashion Institute of Technology, where they studied from 2014 to 2016. In 2012, they also earned an Associate of Applied Science (AAS) degree in Interior Design from the same institution.

Furthermore, Lenna Lockwood pursued a Certificate in Healthier Materials and Sustainable Building at the Parsons School of Design - The New School from 2018 to 2019, focusing on interior design.
