Innes Harding

Innes Harding is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in senior operational roles within the investment sector. Currently serving as Group CFO and COO at ARP Global Capital since January 2025, Innes has previously held positions as Chief Operating Officer at Lingotto and Napier Park Global Capital, where responsibilities included managing operations and driving strategic initiatives. Innes's career began at Dresdner Kleinwort as a Business Manager/Analyst, progressing from coordinating client trades to overseeing the rollout of a research distribution portal. Earlier roles included Chief Operating Officer at Man Global Private Markets and Business Manager at Cheyne Capital, focusing on various fund strategies in alternative investments. Innes holds a BSc Hons in Genetics & Immunology from the University of Aberdeen, obtained between 1994 and 1999.
