Barbara Carillon

Barbara Carillon serves as Directrice opérationnelle at EHSIA since May 2023, leading the development and structuring of company activities related to innovative project coordination in the senior care sector. Barbara has extensive experience in innovation management, having been Responsable du pôle innovation at ARPAVIE since January 2011, overseeing numerous projects across 129 establishments and collaboration with various funding and evaluation bodies. Additional roles include a clinical expertise mission in gerontology, psychomotrician at Korian, and consultancy in social gerontology with DOMITYS. Barbara also contributes to education as a Formatrice at ISRP, focusing on management and geriatrics. Barbara holds multiple advanced degrees from Pierre and Marie Curie University, showcasing expertise in gerontology and psychomotricity.
