Nathalie Bargel

Nathalie BARGEL is an experienced professional in Human Resources, currently serving as the Responsable développement RH at ARPAVIE since December 2019, focusing on employability and skills development. Prior to this, Nathalie held various roles within CDC Habitat, including Responsable Transformations RH et GPEC, where efforts were directed at enhancing employability in alignment with organizational goals. Experience also includes work as Chargée d'enseignement at Institut Catholique de Paris and extensive tenure at IBM as HR Business Partner and Project Manager GPEC, totaling 15 years in HR transformation projects. Nathalie holds a Master 2 in management & development of social work from Université Paris Dauphine - PSL and a Master 1 from IGS. Additionally, Nathalie has contributed to various organizations, undertaking roles in diversity and capabilities development while participating in volunteer activities.
