Paula Santos

Paula Santos is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in management and commercial direction within the hospitality and tourism industries. Currently serving as Directrice at ARPAVIE since March 2015, Paula Santos plays a key role alongside the Director to ensure the sustainability of the two residences managed by the organization. Previously, Paula Santos held the position of Directrice commerciale at Hotel Baía Cascais from January 2006 to December 2013, where responsibilities included analyzing commercial statistics and fostering collaboration between departments. Additionally, Paula Santos worked as Directrice Commerciale et Marketing at Lusitania voyages from April 1999 to August 2004, overseeing a network of travel agencies. Paula Santos holds a Maîtrise in Gestion d’Entreprises et Produits Touristiques from INP – Institut Supérieur des Nouveaux Métiers and has studied at prominent institutions including Académie Universitaire de Créteil Versailles and Université Paris-Sorbonne.
