Prachi Sikaria

Prachi Sikaria is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business development, strategy, and product management. Currently serving as the Strategy and Business Development Manager at ARPflow.ai since June 2025, Prachi leads business development efforts for an AI-driven service aimed at improving deductions management for consumer packaged goods companies. As a Co-Founder of Nutero since July 2019, Prachi has been instrumental in driving the company's vision and growth. Previously, as Assistant General Manager at PharmEasy from October 2021 to June 2023, Prachi supported strategic projects across product and business sectors while managing new technology initiatives. Prachi's earlier roles include Strategy Analyst at Clinton Health Access Initiative, Inc., where significant capacity-building interventions were developed, and Investment Banking Analyst at Goldman Sachs, gaining expertise in deal execution and financial analysis. Prachi holds an MBA in Finance and Marketing from the Indian Institute of Management, Kozhikode, and a BA in Economics from Delhi University.
