Dean Shu

Dean Shu is a seasoned entrepreneur and executive, currently serving as Co-Founder and CEO at Arphie since 2024. Previously, Dean held significant roles at Scale AI from 2019 to 2023, including Head of Studio, where the focus was on enhancing labeling platform efficiency. Other notable positions include Chief of Staff to the CEO and Business Operations & Strategy at Insight Partners from 2017 to 2019, facilitating over 40 diligences for significant acquisitions, and working strategically with multiple portfolio companies. Dean's early career included consulting at McKinsey & Company from 2015 to 2017, specializing in technology and consumer cases. Before that, Dean gained creative experience as a concert photographer from 2011 to 2015. Dean holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Psychology from Harvard University.
