Audoin Kabila

Audoin KABILA is an experienced M&A Senior Legal Counsel currently employed at Arpilabe since March 2020. Prior roles include M&A Legal Counsel at Groupe Crédit Agricole from November 2018 to February 2020, where responsibilities encompassed national and international mergers and acquisitions, including drafting various contractual documents. Audoin KABILA also served as M&A Legal Counsel at Groupe Keolis from September 2017 to September 2018, focusing on legal interventions in growth projects and due diligence processes. Earlier experience includes a legal internship at the Tribunal de Commerce de Paris in 2017 and a position at Horizon Avocat in 2016. Audoin KABILA holds a Master 2 in Business Law from Université Paris-Est Créteil and completed prior degrees in Business Law at Université Polytechnique Hauts-de-France.
