Joerg Zabel

Joerg Zabel has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Joerg began their career as the Managing Partner at .start GmbH, where they led strategic initiatives and oversaw the development and production of integrated communication programs. Joerg later joined the Serviceplan Group as the Managing Director and then became the Geschäftsführender Partner at SocialThinkers GmbH, where they accelerated growth and transformed brands for success in the digital world. SocialThinkers eventually became part of the Dentsu Network. Joerg Zabel then took on the role of CEO Germany at Isobar, a subsidiary of the Dentsu Aegis Network, where they brought a modern perspective and leveraged digital technologies to build brands. Joerg later became the Geschäftsführender Gesellschafter at justBZ BRENNHOLT ZABEL GmbH, where they focused on developing robust strategies, fostering a new leadership culture, and establishing an attractive employer brand. After that, they served as the Geschäftsführer at PIA UDG before taking on the role of Dozent at IST-Hochschule für Management. Most recently, Joerg Zabel joined ARQIS Rechtsanwälte as the Chief Operating Officer.
