Carlo Calabria

Carlo Calabria is a Board Director at Arqit and has over 30 years of experience in the financial industry. Carlo started their career at Morgan Grenfell & Co. Limited in 1983 as a Senior Assistant Director in the Corporate Finance Group. In 1990, they moved to Credit Suisse and became the Head of European M&A. Carlo was also a member of the Advisory Committee of the Investment Banking Division. From 2006 to 2012, Carlo worked at Bank of America Merrill Lynch as the Vice Chairman of the Global Corporate and Investment Banking Division. In 2012, they founded CMC Capital LLP and served as a Founding Partner until 2021. Most recently, Carlo was the Head of Coverage Continental Europe and CEMENA at Barclays from 2016 to 2021.

Carlo Calabria has a Master of Arts in Economics and Business from Sapienza Università di Roma.
