Alison Musselwhite

Alison Musselwhite (Chartered FCIPD) has extensive work experience in HR and employee relations. Alison is currently the Head of People Services, Employee Relations & Policy at Arqiva since July 2023. Prior to this, they worked as a Group ER and HR Specialist at Arqiva since June 2021.

In addition, Alison has served as a Non-Executive Director at Okana Limited since April 2023.

Before joining Arqiva and Okana Limited, Alison held multiple roles at Sainsbury's. Alison was the Group Head of HR Employee Relations for Sainsbury's, Argos, and Habitat. Alison also worked as a Regional HR Business Partner, Logistics HR Business Partner, Zone Change Lead, and HR Change Project Manager. Alison's tenure at Sainsbury's lasted from 2007 to 2021.

Prior to their time at Sainsbury's, Alison was an HR Manager at the same company from 1998 to 2007.

Alison Musselwhite (Chartered FCIPD) completed their education from multiple institutions. Alison attained a BA Hons degree in retail marketing from The University of Manchester. Alison later pursued HR post-graduation studies from the University of Portsmouth. Lastly, they obtained HR and people management CIPD Level 7 (Chartered FCIPD) qualifications from CIPD Qualifications.
