Plamen Grozdanov

Plamen Grozdanov is an experienced Principal Engineer with a focus on Radio Access Network Design at Arqiva since February 2012, specializing in the design, rollout, and optimization of radio and wireless networks, including cellular, Smart M2M, and IoT. Prior experience includes roles as Principal Consultant at Arieso, where Plamen managed network planning and optimization projects, and Senior RF Expert at Andrew Network Solutions, where contributions were made to GPRS/EDGE and HSDPA network modeling. Additional expertise encompasses consulting roles in radio network planning for leading technology firms such as Qualcomm and Lucent Technologies, as well as management of radio network planning at Mobikom. Plamen holds a Master's degree in Radio Communications from the Technical University of Sofia and multiple management certificates from The Open University.
