Selven Naiken

Selven Naiken is a highly experienced networking professional with over 25 years in the industry, currently serving as Principal IP Engineer at Arqiva since February 2022. Previously, Selven held senior engineering roles at leading firms such as IQ-EQ, Morgan Stanley, MS Amlin, BNP Paribas, T-Mobile, Cable and Wireless plc, and Newbridge Networks. Notable achievements include designing and deploying secure Internet infrastructure for Morgan Stanley's EMEA operations and architecting the Global IP/MPLS Network for BNP Paribas across 80 countries. Selven holds a BEng Hons in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from the University of Hertfordshire and an MSc in Telematics from Middlesex University.
