Tim Green has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over a period of almost three decades. Tim began their career at Xerox in 1991, working in various roles such as Design Engineer, Quality & Technical Manager, and Operations Support Manager. Tim also served as the Logistics Product Launch Manager and Business Centre Manager, where they were responsible for operations management and European distribution lead for new product development.

In 2001, Tim joined Vodafone, where they held several positions including Head of Supply Chain in various locations such as Ghana, the Czech Republic, and the Global Enterprise division. Tim played a key role in integrating Cable & Wireless into Vodafone and led a transformation program to integrate Enterprise Procurement within the Vodafone Procurement Company.

Currently, Tim is the Director of Procurement at Arqiva, a role they assumed in October 2019. Prior to this, they served as the Head of Procurement and Transformation at Arqiva from 2017 to 2019.

Throughout their career, Tim has demonstrated expertise in procurement, supply chain management, and business program management. Tim has been recognized for their contributions, receiving the Xerox Presidents Award for re-engineering the order fulfilment process and driving inventory reduction across Europe.

Tim Green obtained their Bachelor of Engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering from Nottingham Trent University from 1987 to 1991. Tim later completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Aston University from 1996 to 2000.
