Tom Humphries

Tom Humphries has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Tom started their career at TalkTalk Business as an Undergraduate 2nd Line IS Support Engineer. Tom then moved to LA fitness UK as an IT Support Analyst. After that, they worked at Avant Homes as an IT Administrator. In 2015, they joined Fit For Work as a 2nd Line Support Technician. Most recently, Tom worked at Arqiva, first as a SMART M2M IT Systems Engineer and then as a Performance & Optimization Principal Engineer. Tom provided technical support, escalated and resolved incidents, and contributed to solution design and process improvements.

Tom Humphries attended Sheffield Hallam University from 2006 to 2010, where they studied Computer and Network Engineering. Tom has additional certifications including Cisco Certified Network Associate Routing and Switching (CCNA), obtained in April 2023, JNCIA-DEVOPS from Juniper Networks obtained in 2020, and ITIL Foundation obtained in 2015.
