María Luisa Martínez Henao

María Luisa Martínez Henao has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. María Luisa is currently a Partner and Vice President of Digital at Arquitectura y Concreto (A&C), one of Colombia's largest general contractors and developers. In this role, they focus on new project development and structuring.

Prior to their current position, María Luisa worked as a Strategic Advisor at Winter Emergence Capital Funds starting in 2021.

From 2017 to 2019, they worked at Boston Consulting Group (BCG) as a Consultant and later as an Associate. At BCG, they advised clients in finance, consumer, and tech industries on projects such as due diligence for private equity investments and growth strategy for a Hispanic media chain.

In 2013, María Luisa was involved in social entrepreneurship initiatives, serving as an Advisor for the Stanford Social Entrepreneurial Students' Association and as a Co-founder and Board Member of the organization.

María Luisa also gained experience at Arup as a Transaction Advice Intern, where they worked on due diligence reports for major public-private partnerships in Latin America and learned about project scheduling and financial modeling.

María Luisa Martínez Henao has a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Stanford University. Before attending Stanford, María Luisa studied under the International Baccalaureate program at Leysin American School in Switzerland. María Luisa completed their high school education at The Columbus School.
