Thomas Leflore

Thomas LeFlore, CFE, CFCI, currently serves as the Fraud Operations Manager at Arra Finance, specializing in fraud prevention, detection, and response throughout the auto lending lifecycle. Prior to this role, Thomas was the Fraud Operations Manager at Crescent Bank, where responsibilities included leading fraud prevention initiatives and managing complex investigations until the bank's acquisition by Arra Finance. Additionally, Thomas held the position of Executive Director of Security at Hyosung America, overseeing investigations related to employee and customer fraud, and coordinating with law enforcement on various incidents. Earlier experience includes over 20 years as a Detective Sergeant at the Flower Mound Police Department, where Thomas led criminal investigations and supervised investigative teams. Education was completed at North Central Texas College.
