Rhonda Nieves

Rhonda Nieves, MPA, CFE, CFP, CAFCA, currently serves as the Manager of Fraud Operations at Justworks since September 2023. Previously, Rhonda held the position of Vice President and Head of Fraud Prevention & Investigations at Apple Bank from 2020 to July 2023, where responsibilities included overseeing a nine-member team, creating policies, and developing training materials. Rhonda has extensive experience in fraud prevention, having worked as Team Lead of Fraud Prevention at Bethpage Federal Credit Union from 2015 to 2020, and has also served as a Fraud Investigator and intern at various organizations, including the NYC Department of Education and the New York City Police Department. Rhonda holds a Master of Public Administration with a focus on Inspection & Oversight and a Bachelor of Arts in Public Administration from John Jay College (CUNY).
