Anton Filikov has worked in a variety of roles in the field of data science, beginning in 2010 as a Bioinformatics Contractor for Cubist Pharmaceuticals. Anton then worked as a Scientific Computing Contractor for the National Cancer Institute from 2011 to 2013, followed by a Technical Lead, Bioinformatics Contractor role at AbbVie from 2013 to 2014. From 2014 to 2015, they worked as a Principal Research Investigator, Bioinformatics at Genzyme Sanofi, and then as a Data Scientist at IBM Watson Health from 2015 to 2018. Anton was a Contractor at Merck from 2018 to 2019, followed by a Senior Data Scientist role at Bose Corporation from 2019 to 2020. In 2020, they worked as a Principal Data Scientist at LexaGene and as an Adjunct Professor, Enterprise Analytics at Northeastern University. Anton is currently an Associate Director, Computational Drug Discovery at Arrakis Therapeutics.
Anton Filikov obtained a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Chemical Physics and Mathematics from the Kurchatov Institute of Atomic Energy in Moscow, Russia. Anton then obtained a Developer Certificate from MongoDB University. Anton then obtained a Master's Degree in Biophysics from the Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology (State University). Finally, they obtained a Certificate in Clinical Pharmacology from the National Institute of Health.
