Rocio Navarro Hermoso

Rockie C. is an experienced Program Manager at Lonza, responsible for directing multidisciplinary teams in the clinical manufacturing of biologics since March 2023. Prior to this role, Rockie served as a Technical Program Lead and Senior Scientist at CareDx, Inc., focusing on AI/ML-based diagnostics products and fostering communication across multiple departments while identifying clinical biomarkers for kidney transplant validation. Rockie's earlier experience includes positions as a Senior Scientist and Scientist II at Senti Biosciences, leading gene therapy initiatives in collaboration with Roche companies, and as a Postdoctoral Fellow at the University of California, Los Angeles. Rockie began a career with an internship at Johns Hopkins Technology Ventures and holds a Ph.D. in Cellular and Molecular Medicine from The Johns Hopkins University, along with a B.S. in Biology from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and ongoing Project Management Professional certification.
