Ayo Adegboye PhD has a diverse and extensive work experience. Ayo most recently served as the Group CEO at Arravo starting in August 2022. Prior to that, they held the position of Chief Executive Officer at BCX NIGERIA before transitioning to the role of Managing Director. At BCX NIGERIA, their responsibilities included providing visionary leadership and strategic direction for Nigeria/West Africa subsidiaries, managing stakeholders' interests, and achieving vertical integration and cultural gap management.

Before their time at BCX NIGERIA, Ayo Adegboye worked at Schneider Electric as the Vice President ITB. In this role, they oversaw the operations of APC by Schneider IT business across West Africa, successfully implementing strategies to restore market share and increase penetration. Ayo also played a key role in executing significant projects, such as the GTBank Data Center.

Ayo Adegboye's experience includes time at Samsung Electronics West Africa, where they served as the Founding President of Samsung West Africa Blue Inspiration MPCS and later as the Director of B2B. During their tenure, they facilitated the registration and acceptance of the Blue Inspiration Multipurpose cooperative for staff benefit, developed go-to-market strategies for Samsung smart solutions, and implemented the "Bank of the Future" project for Union Bank Nigeria PLC.

Earlier in their career, Ayo Adegboye worked in various roles including Sales Manager at IBM, Sales Manager at MTN, GM, Head of Channel Business Development at CHAMS PLC, Business Manager at Galaxy Backbone, Head of Telco Business Group and Senior Account Manager at Computer Warehouse Group Plc, and Channel Account Manager at Tripple Sea Ltd.

Ayo Adegboye PhD has a diverse education background. In 1993-2000, they obtained their Bachelor of Science in Geology & Mineral Science from the University of Ilorin.
