Gunnar Counselman

Gunnar Counselman is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in education and strategic consulting. Currently serving as the Cofounder and VP of Assessment & Learning at Array since October 2020, Gunnar previously held the position of Chief Transformation Officer at National University from January to October 2020, where responsibilities included supporting leadership in operational strategy and program management. Prior to that, Gunnar was the Chief Operating Officer at Entangled Group, focusing on transforming the education ecosystem. As CEO of Fidelis Inc from February 2011 to June 2017, Gunnar led the development of a pioneering Learning and Relationship Management platform. Additionally, Gunnar provided independent consulting services from 2007 to 2011 after a tenure at Bain and Company as a Consultant (2005-2007) and served as a Captain in the US Marine Corps from 1999 to 2003. Education credentials include an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BS in Economics from Cornell University.
