Lauren Fusco

Lauren Fusco is the Chief Operating Officer at Array, a position held since July 2022. Prior to this role, Lauren founded and served as CEO of Local Adaptations from February 2018 to July 2022, focusing on helping businesses localize their offerings for market competitiveness across various regions including Asia, Europe, Latin America, and the Middle East. Experience at LendingClub included serving as Vice President of Special Initiatives and Vice President of Customer Development & Support, where Lauren was instrumental in strategic planning and enhancing borrower acquisition. Previous roles at eBay and PayPal involved support for C-suite executives and the establishment of customer experience functions.
