Zhang Hongyu has a diverse work experience in software engineering. zhang started their career at Pansky in 2008 as a Junior Software Engineer, where they developed business systems, worked on dynamic token development, radius protocol modification, and user date compare tools. zhang then moved to NEC in 2010 as a Senior Software Engineer, where they worked on the development of the Esmpro monitor software for NEC Express server products. Their responsibilities included system health check automated testing tools development, researching the differences between OpenSolaris 10 and Linux, transplanting the Esmpro agent service NTServer to OpenSolaris, and resolving customer issues in Japan. Zhang Hongyu also worked at Array Networks in 2010 as a Senior Software Engineer, specializing in C language.
