Elias Torres

Elias Torres is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in technology and business leadership. Currently serving as a Customer Success Manager at Agency AI since June 2023, Elias focuses on enhancing customer relationships. As a Venture Partner at Array Ventures, commenced in November 2023, Elias is engaged in understanding investment dynamics and working closely with a trusted colleague. Formerly a Henry Crown Fellow at The Aspen Institute from March 2022 to March 2024, Elias has cultivated connections with fellow leaders committed to personal and societal progress. Prior to these roles, Elias co-founded and served as CTO at Drift from January 2015 to June 2023, successfully building a unicorn company, and held the position of VP of Engineering at HubSpot from June 2011 to September 2014, where an engineering team was expanded significantly. Academic credentials include a Master’s degree in Computer Science from Harvard University and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of South Florida.
