Zephan Kraus

Zephan Kraus currently serves as a Business Development Manager at Arrayo, a position held since September 2024. Prior experience includes a role as a Summer Associate in Client Services at AlphaSights during June to August 2023, and an internship focused on Marketing, Product, and E-Commerce at RANDOLPH Sunglasses from May to August 2022. Zephan is pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Peace and Conflict Studies with a minor in Architecture at Colgate University, where studies commenced in September 2020 and are expected to conclude in May 2024. Additionally, Zephan participated in a study abroad program at DIS from January to May 2023.
