Antonio Quílez-Álvarez

Antonio Quílez-Álvarez has held a variety of roles in the field of biotechnology. In 2012, they began their career as an Intern at PharmaMar. In 2014, they worked as a Master Student at Nordic Bioscience A/S. From 2015 to 2021, they worked at CNIC as a Predoctoral Researcher - ITN Biopol Fellow. In 2021, they were appointed Head of Applications and High Content Screening Manager at ARRAYS FOR CELL NANODEVICES, SL - A4CELL.

Antonio Quílez-Álvarez obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Materials Engineering from the Universidad Politécnica de Madrid in 2013. Antonio then attended Aalborg University from 2013 to 2015, where they earned a Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Nanobiotechnology. In 2011, they participated in a Study Abroad Program at Michigan State University in Materials Science and Engineering. Antonio Quílez-Álvarez went on to earn a PhD in Molecular Bioscience from the Universidad Autónoma de Madrid in 2020. Additionally, they obtained an IELTS certification from the British Council in 2013 and a Certificate in Advanced English from the University of Cambridge.
