Velumani C is a seasoned engineering leader with over 20 years of experience in networking software development, QA, and customer support. Currently serving as the Director of Customer Solution Engineering at Arrcus, Inc., Velumani focuses on gathering customer insights, building solutions, and automating processes to enhance customer satisfaction. Previously, Velumani held significant roles at Juniper Networks, where they led teams in software engineering and advanced customer engagement, and at Centillium Communications, contributing to the development of EPON chipsets. Velumani holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science Engineering from the University of Madras and a Diploma in Electronics and Communication.
