Hayley Russell Assoc Cipd

Hayley Russell, an Associate member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD), has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as the Head of Human Resources at ARRI since February 2017, where responsibilities include leading the HR function and supporting various projects across the employee lifecycle. Prior to this role, Hayley was the Senior Human Resources Advisor at AlphaTheta EMEA Limited from February 2015 to January 2017, providing strategic HR support in Europe following a significant acquisition. Hayley also worked as the Human Resources Manager at Trueform Engineering Ltd from May 2006 to February 2015, offering comprehensive HR support to a sizable workforce in a manufacturing and engineering context.
