Iain Gordon

Iain Gordon has significant experience in technical operations, quality assurance, agile project management, and test engineering. Iain worked at Arria NLG as the Head of Technical Operations, responsible for overseeing all technical aspects of the company. Iain also served as the Head of QA, leading the QA function and establishing standards and strategies for quality assurance. Before that, they were an Agile Project Manager, Scrum Master, and Agile Coach, where they facilitated delivery and team processes while coaching teams in Agile practices. Iain was also the Lead Test Engineer at Arria NLG, where they recruited and trained a test team and led multiple test resources on various projects.
