Tracey Morgan

Tracey Morgan is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in operations, manufacturing, technical, and supply chain management. Currently serving as the Head of HR - Operations at Nestlé since February 2022, Tracey previously held multiple HR leadership roles within Nestlé, including Head of HR at Nestlé Waters and Head of HR - Group Supply Chain. Earlier career highlights include significant positions at Molson Coors, where Tracey focused on people and organizational development, and at Nestlé UK & I, providing strategic HR support. Tracey holds a Master of Science in Work & Organisational Psychology from the University of Nottingham and a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) in Business Studies from the University of Portsmouth.
