Jorge Costa

Jorge Costa has a diverse work experience in the field of data analytics and technology. In 2006, they worked as a Project Leader in Data Services & Statistics for the National Basketball Association (NBA) until 2012. Jorge then joined the Detroit Pistons as Director of Research & Technology from 2012 to 2019. In 2019, Jorge became the Director of Analytics at Boost Sports Analytics, which was later acquired by Arria. After the acquisition, they worked there until 2021. In 2019, Jorge also started their own consulting company called Previsio Consulting. Currently, they hold the position of Chief Data Officer at BOOST, starting in 2022.

From 2001 to 2006, Jorge Costa attended Rutgers University and earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Computer Science.
