Katharine Cohen

Katharine Cohen has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Katharine currently holds the position of Vice President of People Operations at Arria NLG, where they have been since 2021. Prior to that, they worked as a People Operations Manager at the same company.

Before joining Arria NLG, Katharine served as the Human Resources Manager at Aspire Technology Partners from November 2020 to June 2021.

Katharine's longest tenure was at American Financial Resources, Inc. (AFR Mortgage), where they held the position of Vice President of Human Resources for over twelve years, from July 2008 to November 2020.

Katharine started their career at M. Tucker Co., Inc. in 2001 as an Administrative Assistant in the Engineering department. Katharine held this role for six years, from February 2001 to January 2007.

Katharine Cohen obtained their Bachelor's degree in Economics from Montclair State University, where they studied from 1994 to 1999. In addition to their degree, they have acquired several certifications in their field. In October 2010, they became an ADP Certified Payroll Specialist at Automatic Data Processing, Inc. Then, in May 2013, they earned the Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI as well as from HCRI. Finally, in June 2017, Katharine obtained the SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) certification from SHRM.
