Shadi Baki

Shadi Baki has a diverse work experience spanning over several years.

In 1988, Shadi worked as a Systems Administrator and Computer Lab Coordinator at A.M.E. Zion Community College, where they developed the college's database management system and provided IT support.

From 1989 to 1990, Shadi worked as a Jr. Systems Analyst at the Ministry of Finance in the Government of Liberia. During this time, they made modifications to the government's payroll management system and began developing a new payroll system.

Shadi then joined Tricord Ltd. in 1990 as an I.T. Manager. Here, they developed an accounts, orders, invoicing, and payroll system, as well as a manufacturer management system. Shadi also provided systems administration and support.

Starting in 2001, Shadi worked at Qualiplast Ltd. and the Hitti Group of Companies as an I.T. Manager and IT Head. Shadi designed and deployed LAN and WAN systems, managed IT support offices, and developed a production management system.

In 2008, Shadi became a Resident Manager at Nesstra Services in Liberia. Shadi reintroduced Nesstra through marketing campaigns, developed a customer base, and achieved annual sales targets for chemical and raw material businesses.

Shadi also worked at the Civil Service Agency in the Government of Liberia from 2008 to 2016. Shadi served as Manager of the Directorate of HRMIS and later as Information and Records Management Lead. Shadi built and managed personnel and retirement data, deployed an HRMIS/HRIS and payroll solution, and oversaw IT services.

From 2016 to 2019, Shadi worked as a BI Developer and IT Support Specialist at Julius Silvert, Inc. Shadi transitioned data, developed an Electronic Data Interchange tool, automated delivery of reports, and supported IT infrastructure and systems.

Most recently, in 2019, Shadi joined Arria NLG as a Pre-Sales Engineer.

Shadi Baki completed high school at St. Patrick's High School from 1984 to 1986. Afterward, from 1987 to 1989, Shadi attended A.M.E. Zion Community College and obtained an Associate Degree in Computer Science. In addition to formal education, Shadi has obtained multiple certifications in various areas, such as Power BI Data Modeling with DAX, Technical Sales, and integrating SharePoint 365 with Power BI, among others.
