Angélica Yánez Baudet

Amanda Ng is an experienced Operations Analyst at Disney Cruise Line since January 2024, having previously served as the Recreation Deep-Water Lifeguard Coordinator for two Disney waterparks, Blizzard Beach and Typhoon Lagoon, since March 2019. In this role, Amanda leads a team of over 100 Cast Members and fosters a positive teamwork culture. Amanda has also contributed as an Operations Integration Intern, supporting operational enhancements and project management within Disney Cruise Line. Earlier experience includes serving as a Competition Coordinator, managing logistics for large-scale events, and training as a Deep Water Lifeguard. Amanda began the journey with The Walt Disney Company through the Disney College Program while earning a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from Southern New Hampshire University.
