Mariana Aguirre is an experienced professional with a diverse background in health, nutrition, and business management. Currently serving as the Propietario of AMAR - Productos Orgánicos since August 2020, Mariana oversees an online store that specializes in organic products for personal care and environmental sustainability. Additionally, Mariana has held the role of Asistente de Oficial de Cumplimiento at La Alhondiga Centro Cambiario S.A de C.V. since January 2016, and previously owned and managed Barbería El Galgo Negro from November 2017 to November 2019. Mariana's expertise in nutrition is also demonstrated through work as a Nutrióloga at a private consulting office from February 2016 to 2019, and as a university lecturer teaching applied mathematics in nutrition and history of food from August 2016 to August 2017.
