Ole Jakob Kjølvik

Ole Jakob Kjølvik has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Ole Jakob is currently working at Arribatec as the Chief Operating Officer, a position they assumed in February 2022. Prior to this role, they served as the Chief Strategy Officer (CSO) at Arribatec from December 2021 to February 2022.

Before joining Arribatec, Ole worked at Qualisoft AS for almost a decade. During their time at Qualisoft, they held multiple roles, including Chief Operating Officer from September 2019 to December 2021, Regional Manager from August 2017 to December 2021, and Senior Business Consultant / Business Development Manager since January 2012. As a Senior Business Consultant / Business Development Manager, Ole worked as a project manager in the Oil and Gas industry, providing support and follow-up to clients. Ole Jakob also served as a Process Architect during their tenure at Qualisoft.

Prior to their work at Qualisoft, Ole worked as a Carpenter at Miljøbygg AS from January 2006 to August 2011. Ole Jakob also served as a Teacher in Sport and Outdoor Activities at Fjelltun Bible School from August 2008 to January 2010. Additionally, Ole worked as a Distribution Manager at Stavanger Aftenblad for a brief period in 2005.

Outside of their professional career, Ole has experience as a farmer and gardener, having worked in that role from June 1995 to August 2004 as a private farmer and gardener.

Ole Jakob Kjølvik began their education in 2001 at Lundeneset VGS, where they obtained their University Admission Certification in Upper Secondary School in 2004. Ole Jakob then attended the University of Stavanger from 2006 to 2009, earning a Bachelor's degree in Business and Administration. In 2010, they pursued further education at both the Norwegian School of Economics (NHH), where they completed a Master's degree in Strategy and Management, and the University of Otago, where they obtained a second Master's degree in Strategic Marketing Management, HRD, Quality and Operational Excellence, and International Management.
