Riley Reese

Riley Reese is the Co-Founder and Chief Technical Officer at ARRIS, a company that focuses on 3D printing. Prior to ARRIS, Riley worked as an Innovation Program Manager and Business Developer at TNO, where they were responsible for designing the vision and strategy for the future of 3D printing at the company. Riley also led and developed a new program in 3D printing medicine, and expanded their role to encompass industrial and automotive applications. Before TNO, Riley was a Cofounder and Engineer at AREVO, where they managed and led a team of software, mechanical, and process engineers to develop the world's first composite 3D printer. Riley also roadmap technology development and strategy to commercialize the process, designed a novel laser-based 3D printing process to improve printing speeds and interlayer bonding, and brought on Fortune500 international customers in aerospace, industrial, oil and gas, and medical.

Riley Reese attended the University of California, Berkeley for both their undergraduate and graduate degrees. Riley received a Bachelor of Science in Bioengineering and Materials Science and Engineering and a Masters of Science in Materials Science and Engineering. Riley also holds certifications from the Association for the Advancement of Medical Instrumentation in Design Controls and Quality Systems Requirements and Industry Practice.

Riley Reese reports to Ethan Escowitz, Founder & Board Member. They work with Alex Huckstepp - VP, Business Development, Erick Davidson - Co-Founder & Chief Engineer, and Leonard Lee - Director, Head of Strategic Sourcing & Procurement. and Rich Spott - VP, Information Technology reports to Riley Reese.
