Joshua Dudgeon is an experienced professional in engineering and maintenance, currently serving as an Assistant Engineer at Arriscraft since May 2018. Prior to this role, Joshua worked as a Maintenance Worker at Kirkland Lake Gold, where responsibilities included supporting preventive maintenance as a Millwright assistant during a co-op placement from January 2017 to January 2018. Earlier in their career, Joshua gained hands-on experience as a Loading Crew Worker with Alamos Gold Inc. in the summer of 2016, focusing on underground operations, including loading explosives and operating a boom-truck. Joshua holds a degree from the University of Waterloo, where studies were completed between 2016 and 2021.
