Alice Hero

Alice Hero is an experienced professional in online gaming regulatory compliance, currently serving as the Global Head of Studio Compliance at ARRISE powering Pragmatic Play since January 2024. Prior to this, Alice held similar positions at Evolution from March 2019 to January 2024, and at KPMG Malta from February 2015 to January 2019, where numerous awards, including multiple "Above and Beyond" awards, were received for outstanding performance. Alice also contributed to a KPMG-led gender diversity initiative within the online gaming industry and has previously worked with organizations such as iGaming Academy, the European Commission Representation in Malta, and various internships. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from the University of Reading and international studies at the Università degli Studi di Firenze and the Institute of Cultural Diplomacy in Berlin.
