Gaurav Tiwari

Gaurav Tiwari serves as the Director and Head of Combined US Operations (CUSO) in the Central Compliance Department at Crédit Agricole CIB since July 2023, with responsibilities including oversight of Compliance Risk Assessment and Regulatory Change Management. Previous experience includes over a decade at State Street, where Gaurav held several leadership roles, such as Global Head of Governance and Controls Monitoring & Testing and Global Lead for Compliance, Operational Risk, and AML/KYC Transformation. Gaurav has also contributed as a Board Member and Advisor on Non-Financial Risk for the Center for Financial Professionals and participated in leadership programs, including the 2021 Boston Future Leaders Program. Academically, Gaurav holds advanced degrees from prestigious institutions, including a Master’s in Law and Diplomacy from The Fletcher School at Tufts University and an Executive Leadership Program certificate from Harvard Business School.
