Christine Chou is a seasoned marketing professional with extensive experience in the gaming and entertainment industries. Currently serving as Promotions & Marketing Director at ARRISE powering Pragmatic Play since January 2025, Christine previously held key positions at Bally's Interactive, including VP of Marketing Asia ROW and Director of Retention & Player Engagement. With a background as Director of Retention at Gamesys and Head of Consumer & Competitor Insight at Betsson Group, Christine has demonstrated expertise in player engagement and market strategy. Early career roles included multicultural marketing at Shaw Communications and various research positions at Ipsos Reid. Christine holds a Bachelor of Commerce, Honours in Marketing and International Business from The University of British Columbia and has studied at Universitat Pompeu Fabra.
