Radu Panait

Radu Panait is an accomplished Human Resources professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as the Human Resources Director at ARRISE powering Pragmatic Play, Radu has previously held significant positions at TotalSoft, E-INFRA, IBM, and UTI GRUP, including HR Director & Innovation Leader and Group HR Director. Radu's career includes expertise in talent acquisition, operational human resources management, and driving innovation within organizations. Radu holds a diploma equivalent to a Master's degree in Clinical Psychology, Neuropsychology, and Cybernetics from the University of Bucharest, obtained from 1990 to 1995.
