Andre Wielaard

Andre Wielaard has extensive experience in the parking industry and technology innovation. Currently serving as the Honorary Member and Chairman of the Board at Vexpan since November 2011, Andre has also held key positions at EasyPark Group as Manager Distribution BeNeLux & Business Developer New Markets since May 2015. Andre's previous roles include Country Director for the Netherlands at the Ministry of Infrastructure and Water Management and Managing Director at TechnoBoost, where focus was on disruptive technology. Andre has also contributed to the European Parking Association as a member of the Policy and Strategy Committee and managed various companies, including Brick Parking B.V. and Yellowbrick B.V. Andre began a career with Simac, where significant leadership positions were held across multiple departments. Education includes a degree from the Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University obtained between 2006 and 2008.
