Anna Baer

Anna Baer has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Anna started their career as a Summer Intern in the Pathology Department at UCSF in 2009, where they conducted breast cancer research and performed ELISAs to identify biomarkers. Anna then worked as a Summer Intern with the US Department of Energy at the National Renewable Energy Laboratory in 2012, conducting experiments and troubleshooting conditions for the production of hydrocarbons via catalytic pyrolysis.

In 2014, Anna joined Xcel Energy as an Engineer in the Gas Operations Engineering team, where they conducted records research for existing natural gas infrastructure, designed gas main renewals, and provided operational and construction support using AutoCAD. Anna also developed functional requirements and contributed to the development of drawing packets.

Anna transitioned to the role of Data Analyst at Aimco Apartment Homes in 2017, where they analyzed data and provided insights to support decision-making. Anna then joined Kaiser Permanente in 2019 as a Data Analyst, where they continued to analyze data and contribute to data-driven strategies.

Most recently, Anna worked at Arrive Health (formerly RxRevu) as a Data Analyst and later as an Analytics Engineer. Anna used their analytical skills to support data-driven initiatives and contribute to the development of analytics solutions.

Throughout their career, Anna has demonstrated a strong aptitude for data analysis, research, and problem-solving across different industries and roles.

Anna Baer completed their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Chemical Engineering at the University of Colorado Boulder from 2008 to 2013. Anna further pursued their education at the University of Colorado Denver, where they obtained a Master of Science (MS) in Management Information Systems, General, from 2018 to 2020.
