Anne Adyniec, PMP, has extensive work experience in strategic initiatives, business transformation, and project management. Anne currently holds the position of Vice President of Strategic Initiatives at Arrive Logistics. Prior to this, Anne worked at Coyote Logistics in various roles, including Vice President of Business Transformation, Director of Strategic Initiatives, Senior Manager of Strategic Projects, and Project Manager. Anne was responsible for overseeing organizational, operational, and strategic planning and development, collaborating with C-Suite executives, leading change management efforts, and implementing process improvement projects. Anne also has experience as a Consultant at State of Michigan IT Depot Services, where they introduced inventory management systems, and as a Procurement & External Manufacturing Co-op at Neutrogena Corporation, where they managed supplier relationships and tracked material deliveries. Earlier in their career, Anne worked as a Supply Chain Intern at Schlumberger Technology Corporation, where they streamlined communication processes and analyzed supplier data.

Anne Adyniec, PMP completed their Bachelors of Arts degree in Supply Chain Management from Michigan State University - Eli Broad College of Business in 2011. In the same year, they obtained a degree in Marketing from NEGOCIA - Centre international de formation à la vente et à la négociation commerciale. Anne also holds additional certifications including PMP from the Project Management Institute obtained in 2018, and Lean Six Sigma - Green Belt from DePaul University obtained in 2015.
