Clint W. Cain

Clint W. Cain has extensive work experience in software engineering, architecture, and development. Clint currently holds the position of Director of Software Engineering at Arrive Logistics, where they started in December 2021. Prior to that, they worked at UnitedHealth Group for six years, starting in 2015. During their time at UnitedHealth Group, Clint held various roles including Senior Platform Architect, Senior Technical Solutions Architect, Technical Solutions Architect Lead, Senior Software Engineer Technical Lead, and Senior Software Engineer.

Before joining UnitedHealth Group, Clint worked at DriveTime as a Lead Software Engineer and Application Developer from 2012 to 2015. Clint also has experience as a Senior Software Engineer at Anthem Education Group from 2008 to 2012, and as a Freelance Information Technology Consultant at Advantage Business Solutions from 2007 to 2008.

Clint's earlier work experience includes the role of Web Developer at Beauty & Hair from 2005 to 2007, where they focused on maintaining customer-facing domains and integrating automation solutions. Clint also worked as an Implementation Manager at HRsmart from 2004 to 2005 and as a Web Developer at Masterlink Interactive from 2003 to 2004.

Clint W. Cain earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Computer and Information Systems Security/Information Assurance from The University of Tulsa, where they studied from 1997 to 2000. Clint also holds additional certifications in Goal Setting: Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) and Microservices: Design Patterns from LinkedIn, and Certified System Administrator from ServiceNow, obtained in 2021 and 2020 respectively.
