Karl Filar

Karl Filar is an experienced logistics professional with a strong background in carrier sales and freight management. Currently serving as Director of Carrier Sales at Arrive Logistics since November 2017, Karl has previously held key positions including Director of Carrier Sales at Alpha Bulk Logistics, where significant revenue growth was achieved under Karl's leadership. With earlier roles as Senior Carrier Sales Representative at XPO Logistics and Freight Broker at Echo Global Logistics, Karl has developed expertise in sourcing and managing carrier relationships, driving performance improvements, and supporting sales initiatives.
